Our approach

Radiant works closely with a small number of executive search firms to help them with their hiring needs. We work on a retained basis and pride ourselves on giving the firms we partner with the same level and quality of service that they give their clients.

We’re not like traditional rec2rec firms. At Radiant, we take a different path:
