Co-Founder & CEO

Nick has spent the last 20 years working in search and recruitment, initially headhunting for investment banking clients in London, New York and Asia. Nick subsequently worked for Korn Ferry in their CFO practice and then for two rec to rec boutiques where he realised there was an opportunity to provide a genuine search to search service, mirroring the way executive search firms work with their clients. Nick is in charge of Radiant’s client and candidate management.

Co-Founder

Julie oversees Research and Operations for Radiant Search. Before co-founding Radiant in 2020, she worked as a researcher for think tanks and charities, including for Nesta, the Young Foundation and the Social Market Foundation. She also worked as a freelance editor and researcher for a wide range of clients, including NGOs, charities and start-ups working in financial services and decentralised finance.

Director

Isobel leads on the execution and delivery of searches for executive search and leadership advisory clients in the UK and APAC. She joined Radiant in 2023 after nearly 6 years in the rec2rec market in Asia, Australia and the UK. Isobel started her career in search with two boutique firms, focusing on Financial Officers and Private Equity portfolio work.

Director

Stephanie leads the execution and delivery of searches for clients in North America, Europe and the UK across executive search and leadership advisory roles. Prior to joining Radiant she spent 20 years working in TV production so now, instead of wrangling celebrities, she's finding and nurturing talent of a different kind. Stephanie's time as a broadcast professional has given her endless tenacity, an understanding of how to connect deeply with people, and an ability to think creatively, all of which she brings to her work in search.

Consultant

Steph supports the execution and delivery of retained searches across the Middle East and the UK. Previously, Steph served in the Royal Air Force on combat helicopters. She deployed on active duty multiple times, gaining invaluable experience in high-pressure environments. Her military background instilled in her an exceptional ability to perform under pressure, a sharp eye for detail, and an unshakable determination - qualities that now set her apart in the world of search.

Research Associate

Mia carries out research and outreach for Radiant. With a strong background in executive search and recruitment, particularly in the startup and scale-up ecosystem, she has experience of sourcing and placing top-tier candidates for leadership roles in tech, product, sales and finance.

Research Associate

Gaby joined Radiant in 2025, and focuses on research and outreach. Her previous experience was centred around sourcing and placing top-tier individuals for leadership positions in tech, product, sales, and finance. Before working for Radiant, Gaby worked in-house and for an executive search firm focused on investor-backed start up and scale ups.

Knowledge & Research Associate

Melani carries out research, knowledge management and project co-ordination for Radiant. She supports other team members with desktop research and scheduling and plays a particularly key role in making sure that Radiant's database and CRM are accurate and up to date. Prior to joining Radiant, Melani accrued 10 years of retail, marketing, client management and executive assistant experience.

Chief of Staff

Dianne is Radiant’s Chief of Staff, and supports her colleagues in managing schedules, internal and external communications, and all things operational. Before joining Radiant, Dianne worked as an Executive Assistant for a variety of organisations.
